Let it be known that blessed Arcadia is once again opening its gates to visitors, now that the sickness dubbed the Nereian Plague by our scholars is no longer propagating across the lower realms.

That being said, as we continue our righteous hostilities against the devil-sworn of Cyrene, the Queen has decreed that all citizens of the Imperial Reaches, as well as any who pledge fealty to the dark lord of the Sea, shall remain barred from Arcadia until our triumph over these genocidal tyrants is complete and the lower realms are purged of their zealotry and hateful creeds.

Lastly, the Queen has declared the following individuals to be enemies, traitors, devil-sworn, and degenerates of the most wretched sort. If you encounter them, beware, for they are considered hostile, depraved, and likely feral:

Crixos, Kalys, Laras, Naz, Thundarsa.
