A warning: this is a lengthy philosophical/theological post.
When I wrote post 1905 it was really the condensed version, as I neither wish to clutter the boards, or spend all my time writing, but as so many of you have questions and remarks I write a lengthier, but more simplified version. THE BEND THEORY can be applied to this universe as well as other realities, so I present it to you here.

THE BEND THEORY OF THE UNIVERSE states that the universe has only three constants. They are death, darkness, and chaos. These constants are not evil, but they are absolute. I will address them one at a time.

DEATH: It has been said that the only things certain in life are death and taxes. That is cute, but only half true. Most of you will agree with me that death is inevitable for every living thing, Gods and Godesses excluded. This will never change, and is therefore one of the constants of the universe.

CHAOS: From the absolute nothingness of the universe, comes light and life, but only with the aid of chaos. It is the smallest building block of any tangeable or intangeable thing anywhere at any time. Nothing is created without chaos, and the same chaos will uncreate all things in its proper time, including the universe itself, the only things remaining being darkness, chaos and death. I hope all seekers of chaos will consult the Great Erisian Pyramid which holds many chaotic secrets for those who seek hard enough. I do not pretend to know Her ways, chaos cannot be understood... when you find yourself confused about chaos that is when you begin to understand the true nature of it. The BEND theory only speaks to the observed behavior of the universe.

DARKNESS: Darkness does not appear out of light, but the other way around. Darkness is the standard against which all light is based. Light is a created phenomenon which in every instance is temporal, but darkness is a constant. Please refer to 1905.

These three constants are planks in a greater platform, the one great truth which is ORDER, which guides the flow of the universe. That is not to say order is more or less important than death darkness or chaos, any more than a barrel is more important than the staves that costruct it, they are not to be compared. The great order guides the entire universe in one direction and in the large, all things are pre ordained. Who lives and who dies and what nations or worlds rise and fall, are only as ice crystals in a glacier rolling slowly down a chasm. The glacier will arrive at a forseeable time in a forseeable maner and it will not be hindered. In a similar way, the great order has the course of the universe plotted. That is THE BEND THEORY.
