Laergon
I agree that my actions spoke of war, but I have turned to peace. I understand that there will be lingering resentment against me from Ashtan, and there is really nothing I can do about it. I will not let it get to me.
You are correct that actions speak louder than words, so from now on I will attack no one without provocation.
I cannot speak to your assertions that shrines have been put up where you say, but I can say that many priests would have had to work very hard to put up so many shrines, and I do not know that enough have been around to do it. It is possible they were old shrines, or that someone was practicing, or any number of things.
I understand your desire to keep shrines out of Ashtan. I am certain a peaceful accord can be reached.
On a personal level, I would ask whether you feel powerful, prisming to me and killing me weaponless. This has nothing to do with my philosophy of peace, or with my comment on the war. You were cowardly and petty, and so you are one of my enemies. I make no judgment without cause.
I believe that you are upset because of my participation in an invasion, and because of the shrines you say are being put up. To the first I am sorry, and to the second I can only say speak to my guildmasters, I can say nothing.
Walk in Peace.

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Valnuary, in the year 218 AF.
