* TIMEWARP must now hit a CATACLYSM vibration twice in order to destroy it. This timer resets after around half a minute or so.

* Sped up VENT slightly.

Runelore

* UPROOT is now considerably faster in your own city against totems not claimed by said city.

Misc

* Fixed some issues with frostbite not functioning in some contexts.
