CITY and HOUSE transfer of BOUND credits - BONUS LESSONS too

We recently Wove things so that Cities and Houses could
transfer credits as BOUND. Now a slight adjustment to
this Weave means that recipients of BOUND credits will
also gain the full LESSON BONUS (2.5 lessons per credit
received, to a lifetime limit of 2500 bonus lessons).
