should now be very close to identical.

I have whipped, bludgeoned, fustigated, and defenestrated those
blasted offerings-reckoners until they finally have admitted to
their perfidious ignoring of certain types of offerings,
doubtless overlooked in order to lighten their already trivial
load of work! NOW they will add them all or feel the lash yet
again.
