Kai choke/enfeeble/truename/changes and misc bugfixes

The background code maintenance of which I previously spoke on this
board is going very well, and we (coders) are well ahead of the
projected schedule to the point where we're turning part of our
attention back to other matters. Below are some combat tweaks recently
made, plus miscellaneous recent bugfixes and other changes.

- Kai choke will now give diminishing returns at the extreme high ends
of the damage spectrum. This is to prevent the simply unbalanced amounts
of damage kai choke has been shown able to do under certain
configurations. It's very possible that more tweaking of kai choke will
be needed, so this will be watched, but I didn't want to end up
downgrading it to a useless point for monks without exceptional
configurations.
- Kai enfeeble, instead of doing half mana/half health damage, now
leaves the victim with half+1 of each.
- Truename damage reviewed and lowered slightly. Don't worry, it still
packs quite a punch, just not the ridiculous amounts it could do
sometimes (the damage calculation is variable based on things that,
well, I'm not going to reveal).
- To prevent the 'truename loop', once you've had your truename uttered
at you, the next time you die, your corpse will not yield a truename.
- Worldburn message will now show the name of the person who beseeched
for the worldburn.
- Burrowing in wilderness map/subdivision now -should- behave
consistently if you quit and log back in later, instead of trapping you
underground or putting you somewhere completely different. Keep an eye
on this for me please, burrowers, and bugfile if you notice any
problems.
- Ashtan and Shallam orphans will no longer follow newbies to the Ring
of Portals, as people have abused alts to steal them for too long.
- Old bug with sometimes getting odd names of the wrong people or even
denizens/replicas when using devotion resurrection, or when a mindlock
attempt is broken, should now be fixed. Again, please bugfile if you see
this happening still.
- Wielded two-handed items now show up as being wielded in both hands,
instead of only the left, when you look at a room with people in it.
- Loyals should now react consistently when you order them to kill
someone who is not in the room with you, and someone who is not logged
in at all. Previously, the messages differed, allowing people to see if
someone off-plane, with a Veil, phased, blackwinded, etc, was in the
realms or not when they really shouldn't have been able to. If there are
still any differences, please bug!
- Fixed denizens sometimes showing as picking up 'an unspecified thing'
when picking up gold.

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Ero, in the year 418 AF.
