Policy violations & permanent shrubbing

In an effort to make penalties for policy violations such as
multiplaying and seconds abuse more consistent, I've recently set up
clearer procedures for our admins to use internally. If you have a
character previously shrubbed permanently, I will apply these to your
character retroactively, which means you can email me at maya@achaea.com
to see if your shrubbing might be reduced. This may make a difference
for some of you, though for many it may not.

If your character was a big griefer player/rulesbreaker, forget it --
this isn't meant to help bring back people who enjoy being jerks. This
also does not apply to permanent shrubbings for PK violations, OOC
credit fraud, illegal credit con jobs, charactersharing, or plagiarism
in the bardic/artisanal contests.

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Scarlatan, in the year 412 AF.
