Sarave Stronghold

Hi folks!
The recent addition of new mining camps has highlighted an underlying issue with overlapping rooms etc that make determining which stronghold ‘owns’ a location is quite hard to determine.
As such I have removed the stronghold that was previously in the Sarave Foothills and instead replaced it with a new one at v48413 which is also in the Sarave Foothills but much farther away from the conflicting one in the Vasnari mountains.
This should resolve any conflicts. Sorry for any confusion!
