Asp Effect on Sitaras

First, I want to thank everyone who shared their thoughts on the asp issue. Your messages and emails have all helped shape this change. However, I want to reiterate that this is a temporary fix and certainly not a complete solution to the Predator profession.

Here are the changes:

1. Asp can no longer be placed on sitaras. Those who currently own an asped sitara will receive a full refund for the asp power.

2. Knifeplay now includes a transcendent skill, named Asp. This skill provides a new defence for Predators, which:

- Enables the asp effect on Knifeplay abilities.
- Increases the balance usage of Knifeplay abilities per skill OR combo
while it is active by 10%.

If you have questions or concerns about any parts of this change, do let me know.
