The Court of Shadows is proud to announce the opening of the Dicondron Academy of Research and Experimentation -the most advanced research facility to grace the face of the continent. Boasting constructs both technological and esoteric in nature, the Dicondron facility was not always what you will find today. It began, as most things do, as a dream, a goal, within the mind of Asmodron Dicondron.


This is a project borne through a century and more upon the shoulders of countless Hashani, an achievement made manifest through the unrelenting labour of many individuals striving for one purpose. This facility is the ideal of Progress made metal and stone, a stride forward upon the path to see mortalkind claim its own destiny through mortal ingenuity.


We of Hashan would not have been able to construct this facility without the aid of our allies within Balan'lier, Balan'ukia, and Balan'maal, or without the mhun of Moghedu and the Mhunna, who we offer sincere gratitude to for a superb demolition and construction effort. In matters of stonework, we have found Moghedu artisans to be without peer.


Within the facility's halls, we pledge to ever strive to unravel the mysteries that make up our world and others. We will turn our eye to knowledge and advancements which will see our vision of a better tomorrow advance a pace. We will do all this and more, for the future of mortalkind is ours to shape, ours to cultivate, and ours to champion.


The majority of the facility is strictly accessible to Hashani citizens for security purposes. But we bid any who wish to delve into the deeper mysteries of the multiverse to join us in the Court of Shadows and discover what mortality is capable of. Do not sit idle. Your future is yours.
