The following post contains application details for The Asterian Adventures: Murder After The Parade as described in the previous post.

= How To Apply =

- Main Characters -

Aspiring participants must research the six characters in detail by reading the Wars of Succession and any other pertinent resources such as the paintings and sculptures in the Asterian Restoration.

Then, submit a letter to myself or Ellodin with the following information:

1. Your top three preferred characters to play, in order of preference
2. Answer the following questions in the voice of two of your chosen characters:
- Do you support Castomira or Catarin for the Throne of Seleucar, and why?
- What is your opinion of Mycale deSangre?

Letters must reach us by Sarapin 811AF to be considered. Any may apply for any role as long as you are not an enemy of the Asterian Restoration. We will review the applications and notify those that are selected. Further instructions will follow.

We seek to have an even spread of participants from all walks of life, so applications will be considered with this in mind. However, your roleplaying ability and character familiarity will take precedence.

The successful participant will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of their character's details and be able to interact in-role responsively and in timely fashion. They will also be able to adapt quickly to spontaneous situations.

- Confirmed Applicants -

If you are selected, you will be notified via mail by Mayan 811AF. That communication will contain a short biography of your assigned character and certain objectives that you must accomplish during each Act of the event.

You will need to acquire the appropriate clothing and/or other props as necessary for your character before the event.

= Special Notes =

Applicants who are not selected for main roles may still have secondary roles to play. All participants will require thorough familiarity of the characters and history, so research should be done regardless.

This event may require you to cooperate with participants from other cities in the investigation; any who are not comfortable interacting with participants from other cities need not apply. Similarly, we will trust participants not to privately divulge details that may ruin the mystery of the event.

Participants must be available at the specified event time, or notify us no less than a full year earlier if they cannot be present.

This event is limited to successful participants, and so a minimum donation of 10,000 gold per person is required to assist in funding the Restoration's endeavours. This enables us to continue expanding our facilities and creating events such as these as we stay true to our goal: championing the free exchange of knowledge.
