An invitation

It has been eight years since the liberation of Cyrene and the city remains steeped in the process of rebuilding. A city is more than just stone and mortar, however. A city is its people and the culture they share, and in this Cyrene has much to offer.

For those unfamiliar with our city, Cyrene was founded a long time ago by refugees tired of the constant fighting between the city-states of Ashtan and Shallam. This history has made us a resilient people who cherish community and shaped our ethos of respect, peace and culture. We have also historically been a centre of the arts, commerce and industry and have produced many skilled artists, seafarers, tradesmen and merchants and we are keen to maintain this standing as we look towards the future.

To this end, I am pleased to announce that Cyrene is inviting any denizen whose beliefs and aspirations aligns with that of Cyrene to come and make the city their home. We are particularly interested in skilled tradesmen, artists, and anyone displaced by the last Black Wave but denizens from all walks of life and experience are welcome, as Cyrene values diversity and there is room for everyone eager to seize the opportunities Cyrene represents.

If there are any among you who are interested or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to enquire with myself or any other representative of the Cyrenian government. We look forward to hearing from you all in the future.

In service,

Senator Kaden Vas'amaen-Ashaela,
On behalf of the City of Cyrene

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Mayan, in the year 808 AF.
