I have decided to learn more about the food we eat, specifically its history and origins. I have begun to transcribe certain findings, but I cannot do this without your help.

I would love to know more about certain foods and their history, we all know the best mutton comes from orphans, but how are these other dishes made and how were they inspired.

Here are a list of a few dishes that I would love to know more about, but this will be an ongoing project and I need your help to update and improve this history book.

a plated tortilla with cheese and sour cream
a plate of crispy bruschetta topped with tomato
a small platter of redfin sushi rolls
a plate containing a soft pretzel
a refreshing piccalilli salad
a bowl of poutine
strawberry-rhubarb lattice pie

These foods contain ingredients that I have not seen as I've travelled the lands, and I would love to learn more and explore these areas in order to increase my explorers rankings.

Any insight would be helpful and if you have any additions I would love your contribution to my book!

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Glacian, in the year 786 AF.
