Any Fool

Well, any fool can spin some hate,
misled to think they see what's true.
And any fool would grasp their fate,
if fates would not drift from our view.
Well, any fool can write a line,
to claim the flame is theirs to throw,
And any fool's such claim is fine
If not revealed just who they blow.
Well, any fool can feel supreme,
Consummate and elegant,
As any fool can shroud a scene
So none know how their nights are spent.
And any fool can skulk around
Their heads held high above their heads
Yet no fool would I think be proud,
In sneaking to another's beds.
Well, any fool can spread their wings,
If they care not just where they soar,
And any fool can denounce sins
Whilst acting like a fickle whore.
Well, any fool can tread the track,
Between what's wanted and what's True,
I'd hope such fools see what they lack
A mindset fresh, a belief new.
So shout, denounce, decry, belie,
As those who count all know quite why.
