Yes, you are trying to twist reality

As a matter of fact, I was talking to Calhoun
while he was in the Darkenwood. He informed me, BEFORE
you went to the forest, that you had enemied him
from the Serpentlords. I then watched you move to the
Darkenwood. So make sure everyone knows the proper
sequence of events there, and stop trying to refit
things to a sequence that makes you look better and
others look worse.
Tear Lucoster: While I am not a Hierophant, nor is my
name Conor, I will attempt to enlighten you in answer to
your post. Oakstone is indeed allowed to enemy folks
who are interfering with forestfolk doing their
duties to protect the woods. During the last Forest
War, folks aiding exterminators were enemied..folks who
could not exterminate, start fires, or overharvest.
So plain and simple..yes, you are wrong in your assumptions
as to what can a person can be enemied for. If you want
more elucidation, contact a Hierophant or the High Fion,
I am certain you will recieve clearer rulings than what I
am telling you.
Wormholes have been illegal in the forest for longer
than you have been alive probably. No one is strutting
around trying to do anything..these are old laws, with
good and valid reasons, being appropriately
enforced, just as they have been enforced for many
years. The Serpents know that, and have chosen this time
to test Oakstone on the matter..and now they are upset
to find out that Oakstone will stand up to them, and
enforce its laws within the forest.
And in closing, I would like to return to Serthest a moment,
with a quote: I'm tired of stupid people who KNOW
what happened, changing a story and the order of the
events to suit their likings in hopes that someone will
take pity on them.
Ah, maybe its not wanting pity in your case even,
perhaps it's just a lack of intelligence and a short
term memory that doesn't work properly. Save your
money, pay your Oakstone fine, serve your term,
then you can buy some herbs and come try to do something
again, and we can repeat the cycle..or smarten up, and
stay out of trouble.
