Skills and P-graced

I think the answer to this problem is not as easy as any of us hope it to be.
Basically, all of my skills are made for player to player interaction and
combat. I think that all guild skills are made this way. I believe that if you
do not wish to have so much playerkilling, then you need to roleplay better. If
we have a serial killer in Achaea, then we need to treat him/her as such. Hunt
him/her down and deal out your justice. A serial killer is much different then
someone who kills every now and then. An Occultist must kill for their need of
mortal hearts. How are they supposed to have fun in this wounderful world if
half the people are p-graced and only the outrageously strong are ungraced.
I do not think that a form of grace is the answer, it lies within roleplaying.
