Public News Post #9950

Hmm.

Oddly, I find no contradictions beyond what you are saying and what I am
saying. Your post summarizes my own feelings as regarding the forest
folks' role, with the single exception that I believe as the Wood IS a
sacred ground, we are entitled to shrines to its father there. In fact,
statues and altars to Twilight are present in various locations of it,
such as at the heart of the Darkenwood. As far as harvesting, we've no
objections if the plants are not taken out of the Wood. (i.e. harvested
and replanted in the Wood). We merely object to its produce being used
by those not of Lord Twilight's order for their own personal profit,
benefit, and goals that do not aid the Wood.

I believe that many may be seeing this as a conflict at all due to a
range of misconceptions. I would also like to take this opportunity to
point out that the Order sees a clear distinction between the actions of
a guild and forest organization. (I.e. Sentinels and Oakstone). We do
not intend to enemy or harm anyone unless they attack our shrines (and
our heavy surveillance in the Wood makes determining these offenders a
simpler task), attack us, or harvest in the wood for personal profit.

If anyone believes they were unjustly enemied, please message me with
the details of your enemy status, and if your claim is well supported,
it will be removed.
