Oakstone representatives

Unlike others, I will not continue a discussion of Oakstone issues on
the public boards, but I do need to correct your post. First, your
statement about "those who named themselves Representatives of Oakstone"
-- they were in fact, representatives of Oakstone. The Charter of
Oakstone is open for all to see. If you look at the section on Division
of Duties of the Council of Oakstone, you will see that one of the
Hierophants acts as the Cileadar. The Cileadar is "the Enforcer" and is
charged with removing illegal shrines, etc, within the forests. The
Cileadar is also in charge of speaking to other organizations and making
them aware of Oakstone laws. Kaisar is, in fact, the Cileadar of
Oakstone. Therefore, he indeed is authorized to speak to you and other
representatives of the organization of the Order of Twilight. Further,
in that same section of our charter, you will see that the Hierophants
may also chose from within Oakstone whatever aides they wish to assist
them in performing their duties efficiently. Kaisar chose Rick, the High
Fion, and Elsp, one of Oakstone's staunchest defenders of Nature. All of
these people had authority to speak on behalf of Oakstone and discuss
problems occurring between the Order of Twilight and Oakstone.
Conor
Hierophant of the Council of Oakstone
Penned by my hand on the 20th of Sarapin, in the year 310 AF.
