mercilessly slain Ashtan Guards is Grimsblade. That
means four of your five leaders have within the last
few days have willfully murdered Ashtan Guards, setting
off the recent battles.

Like it or not Isawynne, these leaders represent -you-
and your entire city. These are the actions the rest
of the continent sees as the recently unprovoked
Shallamese aggression. Perhaps words have been your
response, but it does not change the fact all but one
of your Viziers are guilty of this agression.

If this does not represent the "free" ideals you say
Shallam has, perhaps its time for a leadership change?
