I agree whole heartedly with the tough line you are taking with those
foolish enough to harvest in the Darkenwood and the Shadow Realm. It is
indeed a heinous act with shocking repercussions that will no doubt be
felt the length and breadth of Sapience. I urge Oakstone to take some
immediate action to rectify this situation before the world as we know
it ends. I implore them, to restrict the harvesting of all known
followers of the Lord Twilight to only the section of the forest claimed
by him. And as Shade suggested, fines and periods of enemying for those
foolish enough not to obey, should be levied. Stop the insanity before
it's too late.
