I wish simply to state that I do not desire to attack Mhaldor. I do not
desire to attack Maldaathi. I will not be joining in attacks on Mhaldor
or Maldaathi at random, teaming, or any unjustified situation.

If a Maldaathi attacks me, and they have no good reason to do so, I will
defend myself. If I see a Maldaathi defile a shrine, attack my city, or
any other normal killing transgression, I will defend my shrine, order,
or city. I will not, however, participate in random, unjustified, or
hateful killing of Maldaathi or any citizens of Mhaldor simply because
of who they are.
