You policy of picking a random person, and order enemying them, so you
can slay them, then extract a fine from them has gone too far

You were warned about doing this to Mhaldaathi in the past, yet you have
again picked a random person, and enemied them with -ABSOLUTELY- no
justification.

I do not whine to the gods however, so, as I promised you yesterday, I
have destroyed a shrine belonging to your order.

You will find this shrine was located at 'a small alcove' in the Dun
Fortress.

There will be no more paying fines to your order, no more asking to be
unenemied, there will simply be destroyed shrines.

You plans for total shrine domination were proceeding fine, untill you
got greedy, and saw your privelages as an excuse for free gold and
killing material.

My message is simple. Today you lost a shrine for enemying one of mine
without cause, and despite me giving you on months warning, it still
fell.

Tomorrow no doubt you will enemy some other Maldaathi, and aye, you will
lose another shrine.
