A part of Church membership

When I chose to leave my former practices and beliefs behind and join
the Church, I not only submitted every part of myself to upholding,
exhibiting, experiencing, and sharing the ideals of Righteousness,
Light, Order, and Justice, but I also submitted myself to the current
Church leadership and their ability and holy responsibility of Member
discipline.
I vowed that I would not just put aside any personal beliefs that might
interfere or oppose these ideals, but seek to conform more fully to
them, embracing them so that my deeds and actions are not 'outward' for
image sake, but inward and sacred to my own soul. All people who wish to
seek the hard but rewarding path of the Church are given the same
choice. Will you put the good of the Church above your own personal
feelings and desires? If not, the Church is not for you. If so, walk
well on the path.
Many of you may not like that Church members must decide to make such
serious vows, but make no mistake, it -is- a conscious choice on the
part of the person swearing them. May we live so that you see the
sweetness of our lives in following that which is truly free and so
desire to experience the same.
Humbly yours,
Isawynne
