For those of ye that have taken a personal interest in the happenings of
the Chrysalis Basilica, then I will say thank ye for ye concern, but
unless something has changed over the years of her existance, I do not
believe things are run by the popular opinion of the public.

The Prelacy is the decision making body within the Basilica and outside
of myself, make any and all decisions. Verlaine knew what he was doing
before and after he broke his vows to Codex, his fellow Paladins and
Priest and his Goddess.
