The Prophecy has Moved On

Kaelin -
I wish to first apologize to you for any comments I have made in the
past which seemed dishonorable or un-knightly. I hereby beg your pardon
for such comments, and ask that I be un-enemied from yourself and the
Maldaathi, against whom I have no personal enmity.
Here is the reason why I am saying this. I have consulted with an
experienced Shaman, and contacted the spirit of my grandfather. The
Oldblade told me these words through the Shaman:
It is not yours to forge the Amittai, nor to lead them. The time is not
yet ripe. Cease from attacking others for the Blade is yet on the forge,
not ready to be wielded. Another generation will carry on the dream. For
you, seek only to work alone and honour the memory of the Blades who
have gone before you, and the Blades that will come.
Therefore, I crave your mercy for my presumptuous words and actions. I
hope that I may prove in future a higher honor than perhaps that which I
have displayed hitherto.
I remain, simply,
Young Kandor, the Blade
Penned by my hand on the 15th of Chronos, in the year 303 AF.
