Some leaders are far more active and far more attentive to the behaviour
of those in their organizations. The behaviour of individuals reflects
upon the organization they belong to and it is an excellent leader who
realizes this and deals with those who will forever be their
subordinates, pruning the troublesome plant from their midst. Like a
gardener, plucking a weed from a rose garden if you will.
