Rites of Prayer and miscellaneous

I find it personally highly amusing that an occultist would attend a
church-sponsored rite of prayer. Rites of prayer are means of thanking
the congregation, a way of recognising friends and potential allies of
the church. Rites of prayers, au contraire, are definitely not suited
for people of shady characters like you and your lovely guild.

By attending a rite of prayer, you receive a gift from the church with
your right hand and stab us back with your left. This action just tells
a curious observer about how little amount of principles, integrity and
honour among your kind. By perceiving rites of prayers as solely a means
of gaining experience, you have but cheapen this very sacred rite.

With regards to 'churchies sans honneur', let me draw attention to your
guild and city's not too exemplary behaviour also. It is common
knowledge that Ashtan is the forerunner when it comes to thuggery and
unwarranted behaviour. Ashtan is also notable for attending rites of
prayer (thanks to Ashtanite priest Riven) and next denouncing the very
institution of which this rite originates from.

Do note that the Church is an organisation which seeks to defend the way
of life of those who feel they have been oppressed. We are not an
aggressive establishment per se, but when provoked, some of our members
can be more defensive than others. We are not a bunch of whingers,
unlike you and your kind. It's you and your city, in fact, which have
always initiated this spate of name-calling and senseless accusations.
The Church of Achaea, on the contrary, have seldom if not does not point
fingers upon your actions unless we have been provoked into doing so.

I'd be highly obliged if you can refrain from attending future rites of
prayer. Shove some steel down your back if you still insist on
shamelessly attending rites of dawn. It's painfully embarrassing to see
ashtanites among the congregation in a rite. It does make a sane man
cringe with mortification.
