Fighting the fog

I'd like to post a little about what strategy should be used by those
pushing back the fog that is destroying plant life.

The fog works very much a fire, expanding to areas close to its edge.
Thus, a similar strategy to firefighting should be used, starting at
the edge of the fog and working towards the source.

I've found many patches where there is an isolated area of fog. This
can only be caused by someone sanctifying from the inside outwards,
which is very inefficient because the fog can quickly take back that
area. There is only a limited amount of fog that can be removed, so it
is vital that the rooms chosen to be cleared are carefully chosen.

There may be some special circumstances where it is worthwhile to
work on somewhere not on the edge, such as if the fog is about to
spread to a new forest or an unharmed mountain, but for the most part
it is best to work from the outside in.

In closing, I would like to thank all those helping, whether it is
in finding demons, slaying them, or protecting the one purging the fog.

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Lupar, in the year 301 AF.
