As of today, the city of Ashtan will be enemying anyone seen impaling
themselves or otherwise aiding the effort to release Sartan and spread
the miasma in any way. These actions have no intent in them besides the
malicious destruction and revenge upon the land of Sapience. The Bastion
will not endorse this spreading plague. Please, report any offences
sighted to the ruling council of Ashtan and/or the Ashtan ministry of
security that appropriate measures may be taken.
