Everyone,
Firstly, this missive is not really to everyone, rather, to everyone who
believes Evil to be gone forever.

Lord Sartan is deep underwater, buried under a mountain so huge that the
top of it is an island. The alliance put a lot of effort into punishing
Sartan, but all of that effort did not prevent His Evil essence from
seeping upward though a million tons of rock and twisting the island
into a representation of evil.

The God of Evil is trapped only, not destroyed. He may be trapped
forever, he may some day return. That I cannot say. But His essence has
not been trapped, and his ethos was not destroyed with Him. He still has
many loyal followers to actively do His will. His ethos still exists in
this world. There will always be people in this world that cause
oppression, commit evil acts.

Do not rejoice that Evil is gone. Rejoice that the most evil being in
history is trapped, possibly forever. Rejoice that the Lady Valnurana is
recovering and that the Lord of Evil that harmed Her so is trapped and
unable, possibly forever more, to repeat that harm. But do not rejoice
that evil is gone, for evil is with us for as long as the tiniest bit of
His essence remains in this world.
