After weighing the current situation, the regents of Hashan have decided
to invoke section 1 of the recently negotiated treaty with Ashtan. In
doing so we have decided that the clan currently known as the Interim
Battalion will not be allowed in our city as they have declared open war
against our ally. All current members of said clan will be enemied. Any
member who owns a shop in Hashan will have until the end of the month to
make any withdrawals that they see fit. At the beginning of the new
month, said shops will be closed until this matter is resolved. At this
time these are the only actions Hashan will be taking on a city basis.
We cannot allow our town to be used as a haven or base of operations for
a group to launch attacks against our ally. It is our hope that some
sanity will return to this group and hostilities will end. Until then,
the gates of Hashan will be closed to you for any of your purposes.

Those who are enemied and who wish to stop playing this game may message
a regent and we will review your allying on a case by case basis.
