Whereas the Government of Ashtan has repossessed our property and
despoiled our guild, attempted to restrict our freedoms and slandered
our honourable name, the Infernals do hereby declare that a state of
war exists between the Government of Ashtan and the Guild of the
Infernals.

When Ashtan removes their city guards from the boundaries of the Iron
Citadel, the Infernals shall seek peace.
