Potential Bitch, indeed

Lady Lucoster,
I can think of only two possibilites for the great license taken in the
interpretation of what was gathered from your "spy", the despicable
snake
Khalid.
Possibility the first: You are a woman so twisted and entrenched in the
chaos and dogma of your Matron that your eyes cannot see the plain truth
in front of them, or
Possibility the second: It is the machinations of your intent to spread
that very chaos throughout the lands. The latest in your transparent
campaign to slander the ever-honourable name of the Infernals Guild.
In either case, it is ludicrous to think that the most delicate and
important of guild policy would be decided in a meeting where the doors
were left open and novices invited to attend. If one were to look at
the things discussed at the guild meeting with clear eyes, they would
see that what we did was gather guild opinion.
And your depiction of the Infernals as the bully and Ashtan as the
smaller child is so silly that I find it impossible to muster a serious
response, other than to implore to the common-folk of Sapience to look
at
the plain evidence in front of them.
As for war, the Infernals will stand by the Order of Sartan and defend
our closest of allies with all our ability, but to imagine that our
single
guild, no matter how powerful, could wage war upon an entire city...
Milady, I sometimes wonder at your sanity.
