Greeting mortals and Immortals,
At the ripe age of 28 I find myself in the position of
Secretary of the greatest guild in Sapience, the Infernals.
I spent 6 years in the position of Inquisitor of Pages and
Dean of the Iron Citadel Academy struggling to ensure that
only the most worthy become Infernals. I spent a year as an
Aide to the Minister of Security in Asthan, only to be cast
and enemied from the very city I loyally served. Until the
very end I even disobeyed the directive of my GM to attempt
to find a way to work things out between Asthan and the
Infernals.
Before I reached the age of 22, when I was still but worthy
of Brilliant, Mighty and Majestic I join the order of the
only God that any roamer of Sapience is really worthy of
following, Sartan. Today I find myself in a position where
my Guild has been enemied from it's Guild Hall in Ashtan and
I am personally, and yes evilly, enemied by no less than 7
Deities. Their actions confuse my humble mortal mind as
They seem to be being led blindly in Their alliance and are
acting in a manner only fitting of a truly Evil Deity.
Ourania and Caspian enemied me long long ago for defiling
their shrines. I was slayed many times for that. Recently
I defiled a Caspian shrine again and was killed once again.
All of that I accept as action and reaction. Recently the
Caspians have decided to act in the fashion of Evil and just
kill anyone enemied to their order on Ulangi as they find it
challenging to keep them from disappearing. Humorous, but
very fitting the way of Evil. Aegis also enemied me long
long ago. Why I do not know to this day. Eris, Lupus,
Phaestus, and Agatheis have all enemied me in coordination
with the city of Ashtan. Each Deity was sent a message
inquiring as to what action I have taken to receive their
enemying. To Their credit, Eris and Agatheis responded.
Eris responded
"I join the Alliance of Gods in stopping Sartan's
sociopathic rampage on our shrines. You are branded an enemy
of My disOrder until reparations are made."
So I can only assume that She is looking for Fortune.
Agatheis responded:
"You and many others are enemied from all the Orders in the
Alliance. But do not worry - I will not send people to
attack you. Just be aware that I support My Brothers and
Sisters when their shrines are defiled."
It seems that They are so afraid of a Guild that even after
being driven from their Guild Hall, having their shop and
stores confiscated and looted, and that doesn't even rank
highly in TOPGUILDS, still does very well in anything they
set to mind to carry out. Why? Because this small,
crippled, hated Guild is still able to wipe out shrines at
will. Including, in cities where the leadership is enemied.
The Infernals and Sartnites cannot be stopped. The
Infernals and Sartanites are not going away. The Infernals
will follow Sartan until The Creator determines that the
Infernal class or Lord Sartan no longer exist. The Overseer
of Ashtan can hand over the keys to the Iron Citadel
another, replace the GM and oust all members, but those who
are Infernals shall always be loyal to one another under the
one true Divine, Sartan. Who of course serves at the
pleasure of The Creator.
Let me make one thing very clear. All sentient that roam
Sapience are in fact practicing the teachings of Lord
Sartan. You slay cute bunnies *spit* and mighty vampires
without remorse all in the name of POWER, FAME, FORTUNE,
CREDITS, LEVELS. There is nothing Light about this. There
is nothing Harmonious or Natural about these things. They
corrupt the soul of all of you and the only way to be come
Truly Seraphic is to truly be Black as Abbadon. The chase
after the Staff of Nicator was a wondrous showing of just
how Evil you all are.
Initially our requests from Ashtan were to have equal
protection under the Shrine Protection Act for the shrines
of Sartan. They refused. Then an ultimatum was put forth.
They chose to make this ultimatum the issue. The Infernals
succeeded in showing the weakness of Ashtan by the results
of the Crossing at the time of the Guild XP contest when all
Landmarks went to the side of Light. Then again in the
contest when the Infernals were the Asthan guild that ranked
highest, the highest Knight Guild and Ashtan placed at the
bottom along with the southern ghost town. At this point
the Infernals have decided that we do not wish to be a part
of Ashtan. We actually do not wish to be a part of any
city. We have secured temporary facilities in the Blood
Keep.
To this point The Creator appears to have paid little
attention to what has been going on. His back on the
Infernals and the path of Evil. Perhaps our voices have not
been loud enough. Perhaps our conviction was in question.
Perhaps the credits and Gold we have offered in order to
purchase our new home was not enough. I, a mere mortal,
could not possibly fathom to find the answer. However, the
time has come to take a stand and pray that The Creator
answers our prayers. This stand shall be made by me alone.
I sacrifice myself in order that the voice of Evil and the
Infernals might be heard by The Creator.
