I will keep this short, and to the point. I'm writing this to inform you
that Hashan has declared an end to the war upon the city of Shallam.
We've decided there's no point in further negotiations with Shallam, as
the ones we've been involved in have been beyond insulting. However, we
will not continue to hold the entire city of Shallam responsible for a
poor choice of leadership.

Having said that, we will not be ending the animosity towards those we
hold responsible for the many deaths, and massive destruction caused to
our home. They are no more welcome in Hashan now than they were last
week.

We will be happy to ally those who were enemied for the purpose of war,
as soon as all those who were enemied unjustly to Shallam have been
allied.

Let it be known that no demands for compensation have been made to
Shallam. Not now, not 10 years ago. Any and all statements to the
contrary are false. Offers have been made by Shallam, and have all been
rejected.
