Ashtan

So once again Ashtan try's to flex the mighty
muscle, that is the Bastion of the North, locking
my guild hall once again, for the sole reason I will
not agree to the terms set by ashtan. Oh right... Im
sorry. It wasn't ashtans term at all, only Lady Eris
demanding I patron her husband, the mighty and powerfull
Lord Aegis. I must have misslead the archons, and for
that I must apologise, because somewhere along the line
of this situation, all 5 of you aparently felt that I
would actually agree to such a demand. Not quite sure
where that came along... wasn't the laughing in Eris's
face while she tried to torture me durring out last
meeting I dont think. Or the "hell no" spoken
directly to her. Might have been when she told me to
"chuckle it up fat boy" but Im not sure. But where
ever you got that idea, I suggest you lay it down
for a long slumber. Maybe when it wakes up it will
laugh in your face to.
Allow me to put this in a way that even the archons
of ashtan can understand, in all their Chaotic wisdom.
You will NEVER get Lord Aegis to patron the Infernals.
Not now... not tomorrow... not ever. The only real
chance you have of that, is to remove every guild
member loyal to the guild, myself and Lord Sartan.
Then try and find someone that would actually wish
to return to Ashtan. Your pickings are slim, if any
at all.
If memory serves correct I didn't hide anything that
I had done, or tried to do against Ashtan. I do believe
Lady Eris did quite a job finding most of it out.
Although any newbie Infernal with half a brain knew
what was going on and what we were planning. And I gave
you my word that no more actions would be done against
ashtan on my behalf or Lord Sartans behalf. Since
you obviously have access to all my posts as you
have made quite clear. Then you should be aware of
what I ordered my guild to do this crossing. Defile
landmarks, except the orphens. Now you claim you
witnessed infernals sanctifying. Thats all fine and
dandy Deven. I also warned you in the meeting that
there would be infernals that would sanctify, no
matter what I ordered them to do, because of their
hatred for ashtan at the moment, and because of your
patrons demand. Not my fault if you didn't take it
seriously.
Im sure you do not stand idle in wanting to remove
the Infernals from ashtan Deven. Infact I know many
to want us removed. My self and my entire guild
included. I dont remember chipping away at the intricate
fabric that is ashtan. In fact, if anything I probably
would have stole it and thrown it in the fire. While
listening to satanic music and making a cloak from the
skin of those silly people who have gotten in my
way. And I doubt locking the citadel was your last
resort, my dear sister Deven. If it was a last resort,
perhaps you would have contacted me and told me that
you where about to lock it. Maybe allowing my guild
to leave, instead of locking them in. Or maybe
contacted anyone. Since I know how much to hate speaking
with me. Well the feeling is likewise.
I did take the time of the crossing to think of what
has transpired as of late. And had things gone another
way then they did, I would probably still proudly
state I am a member of Ashtan. I do not regret my
actions. Not one bit. Nor do I regret trying to get
my guild to defile durring this last crossing as best
I could in order to salvage something between ashtan
and the infernals. But you ashtan, have made it quite
clear that you will try anything in order to make it
look like we have not tried. As far as to accuse those
who did loyally defile, of assisting Shallam. And
you wonder why they were less then enthused to defile.
Yes my officers stand by me loyally. Yes my guild does
also. The fact that more and more join us every day
shows that obviously others see our stand and our
potition as the right one. I did make it quite
clear that I will not, for any reason change our
Patron for ashtan. But I also gave you 5 archons
the opportunity to bring forth another way to show
our sincerity. Yet you have not brought one. Instead
you stand by Lady Eris and her demand. Funny, had she
not opened her mouth and said that, we would probably
all be nice and warm within ashtan. Defiling... and working
against a common foe. Yet those you seek to destroy
ashtan, will receive no harm from us. Infact I find
my self now walking Shallams streets. Marvelling at
how clean its streets are, how nice its inhabitants
speak, and how they seem to accept all. Even those
they do not agree with. Perhaps if those who ruled
ashtan took a walk through its streets, if they were
not enemied... *laugh* they could take notes on how
a real city can and should be run.
Deven... I give you one final chance. Drop this insane demand
set forth by Eris, and maybe some kind of a arrangement
can be worked out between us. If not, I have no
problem taking my guild, and moving it somewhere
that Chaos has no effect on us. Which really is
anywhere outside of ashtans walls. The reach of
chaos is quite small. Just means I have all the
more space to look at. Finally... something to
praise chaos about.
