A Fresh Start to the Occultists Guild

As many may have noticed, I have recently taken the position of Secretary
of the Occultists Guild and thereby have become its primary spokesperson.
As such, it is with great pleasure that I announce that the Occultists are
now officially an unaligned guild. Being a group of scholars and artists
dedicated to safeguarding ancient arcana and lore, alignment has no place
within our hallowed walls. We welcome all races, all ethos and persons from
all walks of life who wish to study our teachings and are willing to take
an oath to keep our teachings safe and secure. It is no small step to become
an Occultist but if any are inclined to do so, please contact me.

I hope this announcement puts to rest any unwarranted rumors that the
Occultists are a group of "evil" sociopaths. After all, when you get right
down to it, we are nothing more than librarians, albeit librarians persecuted
by those who wish to supress knowledge that they believe threaten their way
of life.
