Greetings, Lord Andelas.
I write this with full knowledge of who you are, what you are capable
off, and in admiration of your capacity for war and destruction, and
your glory on the battlefield.
Your remark about followers of Aegis is surreal. I am not personally an
official member of Aegean order, but i am an Ashuran, and Aegis is my
patron, and is the God of my choice when it comes to way of life and
offerings, so i know and have seen a bit of Aegean ways. We are children
and disciples or War. It is in our blood, in our hearts, in our souls.
To suggest fear prevents us from waging that which is our Life and our
God is silly, to make an understatement. Yes, your battle axes are known
across the lands, yes, your valor is known too, but do not let arrogance
cloud your mind. For all your valor and battle capacity, you have
somehow allowed only 3 Sartanic shrines to remain in Achaea, lost your
God as Parton of Ashtan, and are struggling to have the shrines included
in the Ashtan list. Is this the strength that your Infernal code speaks
of? You should look at yourself first, before suggesting fear in the
followers of Aegis. It is not fear that keeps us back, it is prudence.
Do not mock the ocean when it is calm. We, ashurans, at least, are well
trained in the way of war and combat. Perhaps you can slay many, but
that is irrelevant in the ways of War. Where one falls, two will stand.
And i will stand with them for a valid cause as well. Even if you slay
an entire host, you will drown in their very blood to your own demise. I
promise you, the followers of Aegis have no fear of your axes, only
utmost respect. Do not mistake calmness and self control with
ineptitude. We ARE capable.

With utmost respect, Azzazzello
