Dear dear Shallam,

I have recently recieved word that you have one of you one-time viziers
on trial for treason for working in coalition with me in planning an
attack of a few years ago that caused the death of several of your
citizens. Being an honest man as in that I do not commit a crime without
making it known and taking the punishment I deserve, I think it's best I
release the information surrounding the incident.

I met Walter when I was a young occultist and I took a liking to his
rather, anti-Shallam, anti-church sentiment.

Of course, I wasn't sure if he was up to the task of helping me
annihalate your citizens, but soon after meeting him I approached him
and we began discussing ways in which we could harm Shallam and it's
citizens. We talked and waited for many years, oh the plans we had! We
literally, with my willingness to kill and Walters power and willingness
to abuse it, could of destroyed your fair city, a pity you discovered
our plans before we ever had a chance to execute even half of them.

Now, what happened that everyone in Shallam knows of, Walter unenemied
myself, and I attacked the lot of your city killing several citizens,
and walked out unharmed mind you *snicker*. I should of made several
raids, however I executed my attack sooner than we had planned and
accidently while Walter was in the realm so that he had to enemy me
again, otherwise it would've blown his cover. Part B of our plan was
also executed as I told Walter it was most important to get rid of any
working ministry of security in the city so I would not be enemied so
soon after my first attack and I could kill more citizens. He did this
shortly after my first wave of attacks by uncitizening him for reason
unknown to myself, but I'm sure Walter thought up of a good reason. He's
a smart man you know.

The plan was going to continue with Walter 'exposing' Ryvern's, your
sultan's 'treason' next and getting rid of him, this would of made
Walter look like a 'hero' of your city and we could've of quickly
dominated the liking of you through political and military means. But
somehow one of us two goofed up and our plan was ruined when Walter was
uncitizened.

Shallam, we would of uncitizened, killed, and enemied you from your own
city, every single one of you. I cannot understand how you got so lucky
to have discovered our plot.

I commend you for that, you did some good detective work, but don't feel
safe, new plots are in the making with your own kind as we speak.

And as to your trial with Walter. Oh yes, he was working in very close
coalition with me, but I think you should let him back into Shallam, I'm
sure he would -never- do it again *snicker*.

Sometimes even people like myself have to disclose the truth. You don't
honestly think we can live with all these burdens without releasing some
of our guilt, do you?
