I have a query, you stated that any citizens of Ashtan and Hashan that
entered your city will be slain or given one warning..........does this
apply even if they say they are not participating in the war?

If Ashtan was to make that bold declaration and carry it out, we would
surely be issued and punished, how is it that you can make that
statement and could a Divine please clarify this point for me, for if
Shallam can do this, then it stands to reason we can do the same.
Rather, the newbies would be given one warning and then what? You would
slay newbies?
