As the Ivory Mark is obviously just trying to take Assassin business, so
the Assassins will gladly hunt down any Champions it finds and slay
them. The only possible way I could see a way the Quisalis Mark let the
Ivory Mark show themselves in public is if they tithe part of their
funding to the Quisalis Mark. Until then.
