Hmm. Something was released that had definite warnings about mass
destruction on it but no one knew where it was going to go. *ponders* I
thought that was perfectly legal to do in Shallam. How odd. Or is the
rule as long as it doesn't affect Shallam? I'd be interested to hear
where exactly the law is on this.
