good, neutrality and evil

Everyone,
Here is a description of good, neutrality and evil. The first time I
posted this, a long time ago now, I asked the Divine, particularly Lord
Sartan, to dispute me if I was wrong. No god ever did, possibly because
I extrapolated the definitions from texts such as the Seven Truths of
evil, and the Tome of Righteousness.

NEUTRALITY
Is living your life in freedom, yet without infringing on the basic
right to freedom that everyone else also has.
EVIL
Is when your actions infringe on the basic right to freedom that others
have. It is generally for personal gain, or the gain of another you hold
higher, a God, or city etc etc.
GOOD
Is when you hold to the same basic rules of life as a neutral person,
yet take it a step forward. You spend all or part of your life opposing
evil, protecting freedom. Without evil, good is just neutral.

Good and Neutrality are very closely interlinked, which is the reason
the Sentinels lean toward the "good" side of the scale. Covenant did not
change the Sentinels from "neutral" to "good" - Perseon facilitated it,
but it was the decision the marjority of Sentinels made a very long time
ago, when we were the first guild/city/order to formally support the
Theran's when Ashtan annexed their town. This was long before Covenant
was Guildmaster - perhaps even before he was a Secretary, though of that
I am not certain.
