Hashan suffers from the actions of a citizen of Shallam, the actions
of one who did not ponder the results that may occur from such actions.
One who simply let blind anger lead her.
As such, Hashan would demand that Charlotte be handed over. We will
not tolerate such damage to our home. Noone should have to do such.
Charlotte will come to Hashan of her own free will, or she can be given
to us.
