Greetings to all,
This is addressed mainly to those who feel the need to defend the
actions of Charlotte for reasons that I hope to never understand, as I
would then be placing myself on your level of intelligence and
rationalization. The actions of one person, yes one person only, was the
cause of the death of all the denizens of the city that I have been a
proud member of for over fifty years. All of the guild tutors, from
Ssathis of the Serpentlords, to the most recent arrival of the Shaman
tutor, Tithian, were victims to the extremely misguided or under-thought
action of, again, one person.
I find it rather hard to believe, or even to begin to comprehend, how
the opening of a chest so similiar in nature to one that had so recently
destroyed the Basillica in Shallam would do anything but cause further
destruction. I could honestly care less if she thought she was trying to
accord vengence for that loss to her city, I more pity her extreme lack
of thought in her rather one-dimensional mindset. I also don't exactly
care that she wasn't the only one seeking to open this same chest, as
any one of you could have been held in the same regard as she is now. I
would have to say that you are more fortunate than she in that matter,
small consolation for her I'm sure.
Regards,
Caleth Le'Murzen
