The results of opening the box were truely random.

The first box was opened by Ashtan, and the church was blown up. So some
o them thought if they opened the box something in Ashtan would blow up
in return. There was at least 50 people actively trying to open the box
at the time, people from all 3 cities. Just because Charlotte had the
skill to get it, doesn'tm ake her responsible. Hashan was gonna burn no
matter who opened it, and it could easilly been you who opened it.
