The Endaemonical Order is now officially offering its services to
provide Neutral Seconds to all Duels. The sole function of this shall be
to provide a count off, monitor the duel for fairness and also to
retreive and rez the body.

This service is given freely by The Endaemonical Order to all of Achaea
reguardless of Race, City, Guild, Order or Clan.
