I have read through the previous posts. Let me state what I know to be
fact: Syvelium existed. He taught me many skills while he resided in his
office in the Paladin Guild Hall. Marhisa, the Priest Teacher, taught
from her office in the Priest guild hall. Phaestus was imprisoned in his
hammer for his role in the Wars of Humanity. I have seen Sarapis act in
a manner I a more distant manner than many of us are accustomed to. The
Other could very well exist. He could pose a serious threat. And, at the
risk of offending Sarapis, I say this. History repeats itself. How do we
know that Sarapis isn't a split-off of the same being, much like Proteus
and Ayar was? One who, like Proteus did, believed himself to be the
first.
Andelas,
Same old guy you've always been, you will use any excuse you can find to
kill someone out of cold blood. Typical for a person such as yourself.
It seems as though many of the gods are shells of There former selves.
If this is the case, then we, as the populace of Sapience, must band
together. Perhaps because humanity was born out of Chaos and Divine
Birth we are unaffected, our minds out of the control of this 'other.'
All I know is that these things happened. This is bigger than Ashtan,
Shallam, Hashan, and Oakstone combined. This is potentially
catastrophic. Help 18 lists HELP 18.4 as Famous Mobiles, a scroll which
clearly stated Syvelium as guild tutor to the Paladins. It is now
missing altogether. In Syvelium's office the description clearly depicts
Syvelium there, wielding his Soulstealer, the ancient bladefire sword.
But he himself is missing. A gap in history itself is gone and it seems
as though the gods are ignorant to it? Perhaps They should take heed to
the warning of the mortals that have fought wars for them in the past.
We do know what we're talking about every once in a while. And we know
for a fact that the minds of the Divine have been tampered with, and
that is unacceptable. The sooner the Divine realize the problem, the
sooner the Divine, with the population of Sapience's help, can fix the
problem
