First of all, as I stated originally, the UCS goes beyond all personal
vendetta's, beyond city rivalries, and beyond immaturity. It is founded
on the belief and basis for all cities to unite against that which
remains a threat to the world at large.

Secondly, your accusations have some merit, but it would greatly please
me if you kept fact from fiction.
The 'sales' you brought to my attention, were venoms being sold as
gifts. I was also told that Hashan would have a trial to judge these
people, but I was never informed of any outcome. The Holy Codex is a
Code for the members of the Holy Church, not the citizens of Shallam.

The Venom treaty states about sales, when gifts are not sales. The
venoms were also sold out of hand, not shops, which is not covered
specifically in the venom laws.
The vagueness of 'as to not undercut the profit of the serpents', needs
to be clarified quite specifically, before you can accuse anyone of
breaking it.

At no time did you ever bring to my attention anyone selling a vial in a
shop, under the required minimum announced on the Venom Treaty.

On an additional note, the United Cities has been opened to all
GuildMasters who wish to join, all Archons, Regents, and Viziers, and a
